We go on at least one walk a day. While we trot along side by side, any worries we have just seem to disappear like kibble at dinner time.
On our walks, we get ideas such as tactics for helping ourselves to food the humans left on the countertop. Of course we also brainstorm how to answer your letters.
The next time you feel stuck, sad or frustrated try taking a walk.
